Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, power cords, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship the Product
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our designated service center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the unit and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
